As an accomplished Sales and Marketing Professional with over 25 years of experience, I have built my reputation on having a compassionate yet straightforward and direct approach.

My first priority when meeting a new client is to find out how I can best help them. I like to take the necessary time to get to know a client..to ensure we are compatible and comfortable talking together. I am experienced in asking the pertinent questions and patient enough to listen. This insight is critical to determine a client’s wants and needs and is the basis for being on the right track from the beginning of the process.

Next, my priority is to give you all the information you need to move through the process of buying or selling a home with the least possible stress or uncertainty. My belief is that knowledge of today’s market leads to good decisions.

As a true “people person,” my favourite part of being a REALTOR® is the opportunity to become acquainted with so many interesting people and help them realize their goals. I respect the fact that this isn’t like any other purchase – unless you’re an investor, your home is where you live and raise your family.

My sense of empathy for the emotion that goes into buying or selling a home could be the reason why so many of my former clients are my present friends.

On a personal note: My family and I moved into the community of Horseshoe Valley eleven years ago, and haven’t looked back since. We love to play golf at The Highlands golf course and look forward each winter to using the many area snowmobile trails. Another passion, for many years we have enjoyed camping in several of the beautiful provincial parks, both in Ontario and Quebec.

My primary areas of real estate focus are: Barrie, Springwater, Horseshoe Valley and the surrounding areas in Oro Medonte.
